IR floods
PIR floods usually help but are not essential and dependent upon the position in relation to the camera can cause reflection and in some cases a 1 or 2 second distortion of the image as the camera switches from Night to day mode. I’d install the cctv and cameras first and see how it works both day and night before adding any additional lighting.
